In the 2013-2014 season (from 1 September 2013 to 31 August 2014) was in the world's major auctions sold a total of over 4,700 cars, more than 300 different world brands. The massive increase was noted in a number of leading world producers, with the most successful brands Ferrari, Mercedes- Benz, Porsche and Aston Martin.

Interesting is also the distribution of cars in individual categories which demonstrates the basic facts. Generally one can say that the smallest interest had the collectors in Antique cars (until year of production 1904), similarly to the Veteran category (1918). Much more interesting is the situation with post-war cars, which clearly defines the category Classic (cars from the years 1946-1964). A total of  53 % of cars sold at the auction belong into this category, while the international annual increase in demand for these vehicles is in tens of percent. This fact clearly confirms the right focus of BBI Classic Fund. A total of 23 % of the cars sold in the last auction season belongs to a class of Post Classic (1965-1974), however there has been a smaller annual increase of interest.
